This means that our artificial soccer turf systems excel in all World Rugby and FIFA tests, such as FIFA's testing for ball roll (4-8m), vertical ball rebound (0.6-0.85m), shock absorption (62%-68%) and skin friction (0.35-0.75) to name just a few. Sporting Courts Australia's artificial football turf systems are crafted to fulfill a range of soccer and football field needs, from full-size pitches to training centers and even mini-soccer fields that see more frequent use.

Our systems work with no pad (65mm, 60mm or 55mm pile length), with a sand and resilient infill, such as SBR, TPE, EPDM, PRO-gran or cork, or shorter heights (50mm, 45mm or 40mm pile length) with an appropriate shock pad and infill.

Triple the experience

Triopro's innovative triple yarn system features three distinct yarn types in each tuft: durable diamond-shaped yarns with a thickness of 400µm for long-lasting strength, C-shaped yarns with a central spine for a soft, natural touch, and resilient V-shaped yarns for excellent recovery. This unique combination produces a field that looks natural and offers consistent ball roll and control. The V-shaped yarns help to regulate ball speed for improved accuracy, while the C-shaped yarns allow the ball to roll smoothly the turf instead of skimming over it. Lastly, the diamond-shaped yarns guarantee enduring performance. Best suited for soccer use, the Triopro is crafted to endure constantly running, kicking and ball roll.

Maxx F blends soft, resilient Max fibers with three-dimensional monofilaments and curly texturized yarn to offer exceptional stability and a natural grass-like sensation for superior performance. This adaptable system, recognized by FIFA, FIH, and World Rugby, is tailored for multi-sport fields, ensuring a dependable option for a wide range of athletic pursuits. Featuring max monofilaments, combined with a dense layer of curly yarn to create a highly durable playing surface, suited to multiple sports which require a versatile surface. Ideally used for soccer, rugby, AFL or any sport which will be subject to heavy running, ball bouncing or bodies falling onto the grass.

Sporting Courts Australia rugby turf systems incorporate long-length fibres, sand, and performance infills/ sub bases such as SBR, TPE, EPDM, PRO-gran, or cork, all laid over special shockpads. This combination ensures high Head Injury Criteria (HIC) values, optimal energy restitution, and compliance with World Rugby Regulation 22.

We collaborate with World Rugby-accredited factories to rigorously test both new and existing systems, ensuring they comply with Regulation 22. Key performance metrics, such as HIC, shock absorption, energy restitution, and tuft withdrawal, are carefully evaluated to guarantee player safety and turf durability. Our rugby turf solutions are designed for both full-size pitches and training areas, offering the versatility to adapt to different field dimensions and usage needs.
